Empowering young people's 21st century skills for improved digital media literacy and AI understanding
The scope
The scope of the project is to increase the quality and the effectiveness of the media literacy educational material provided in the partner schools, as well as to enable digital transformation and change by introducing a new media literacy curriculum with long term benefits for students in terms of digital competences and skills acquired and to better prepare the students as well as the teachers for the realities of today's changing digital landscape, by integrating a focus on and empowerment of 21st century skills as a core component of the interactive digital educational material.
Improved Digital Media Literacy
Developing critical thinking and media literacy to navigate the digital world responsibly.
Media Literacy curriculum
Creating an online space to access, share and collaborate on educational materials developed during the project.
Understanding AI
Introducing young people to Artificial Intelligence concepts, ethics, and practical applications through interactive activities.
Interactive Educational Materials
Co-creation and delivery of 30 interactive learning resources to support classroom activities and self-paced learning.
Teacher Empowerment
Supporting teachers with tools, training and resources to integrate media literacy and AI into their classrooms.
International Partnership
Collaboration between 5 partners from 4 countries to co-create innovative educational materials and share best practices.
